      O chefe do governo provisorio assignou, hontem, um decreto na pasta do Exterior, nomeando Antonio Mary Ulrich, [sic] para auxiliar de consulado.
      The head of the provisional government signed, yesterday, a decree in the Foreign Affairs department, nominating Antonio Mary Ulrich for consulate assistant.
