The neuter hembränt is often used as an indeclinable noun, e.g.

  • 2003, “Alkohol i hemmet gör att unga dricker mer”, in Svenska Dagbladet:
    Det är en myt att man lär sina barn att dricka med måtta och undvika hembränt om man bjuder dem eller köper ut.
    It’s a myth that you teach your children to drink in moderation and avoid moonshine if you treat them to alcohol or buy it for them.
