[edit]Noun
[edit]germophobiac (plural germophobiacs)
- (rare) Synonym of germophobe.
- 1916 December 13, W. A. Evans, “Germs and Germs”, How to Keep Well, in The Chicago Daily Tribune, volume 75, number 298, page 8:
- Spraying with an antiseptic did not lessen in any sense such danger as there was. The trouble was with the woman. She was a germophobiac. She was a nuisance to everybody in the car. It is a good guess that she is a nuisance to her family and everybody around her. It is also a good guess that her family has more than its share of germ diseases.
