- (British) An annual book produced showing the results for the year's horse races together with comments on each runner.
- (British, figurative) The past performance of something or someone.
- It is a certainty, given the form book, that this prime minister will be condemning us to many more months of wage restraint.
- (US, law) A binder of loose-leaf forms, or a book containing specimens of such forms, for use by attorneys in their work.
