     Hr Dumouriez har i Fayettes ſtaͤlle, ſom blifvit foͤrklarad fogelfri, fått befaͤlet oͤfwer hans Armee.

     Mr. Dumouriez has in place of Fayette, who has been declared an outlaw, assumed command over his army.
