An error in generalisation of the irregular verb; escribir + -ido (suffix indicating the past participle form of -ir verbs).

In standard Spanish it is only ever used (as an adjective) as part of the ironic adjectival phrase leído y escribido. In all other contexts it is nonstandard; the standard form (both as an adjective and as a participle) is escrito.[1]
