Borrowed from Ottoman Turkish دیبك (dibek, mortar).[1]

  1. (dairy) churn, a vessel used for churning, especially for producing butter
  2. large wooden mortar and pestle used to husk grain
  3. (regional) large wooden mallet used to break up dirt clods
