Usage notes
[edit]- dy' is used only as part of the names of days. Some examples include dy'Lun (“Monday”), dy'Fenkost (“Pentecost”), and dy'Halan Kevardhu (“calends of December”). A similar structure is used with the names of months, substituting dy' for mis (“month”) instead.
