Future tense 3rd person singular of nilį́ (be)

Verb

[edit]

naasháa dooleełI will be walking about.
  2. he/she/it will be, will become (third-person singular and duoplural future form of yileeh)

Usage notes

[edit]

It imparts a future sense to a main verb. When used with a present-tense verb, it makes it future tense. When used with a past-tense verb, it makes it future perfect, and so on. Often shortened to doo. Note that the future doo comes after the main verb, and is not to be confused with the negative doo that comes before the verb (or other word) being negated.
