- (anatomy) The tip of the middle finger.

- Two measurements were taken: 1) the sitting height (SitH1), measured as the vertical distance from the vertex of the head to the floor; 2) the vertical grip reach from a seated position (SitH2), measured as the maximal distance from the tip of the dactylion III to the floor, with the upper arms extended overhead as much as possible (Fig 3).
