- A female cyclops.

- After winding a handkerchief around the turnkeys and changing the key two or three times, posting me behind the chair to hold Mrs. Cyclop's disordered caput, he introduced the drawers, making sure that he was outside the cavern .. On looking around I saw the Doctor picking himself up from an opposite side of the room, and the impending Cyclopess fairly roaring around the room, knocking over chairs, candle-stands and tables as though they were children's toy furniture .. for the female Cyclops was fairly roaring with intolerable pain, holding both hands to her jaw, crazy with her sufferings
