cusec (plural cusecs)

1. A measure of the rate of flow of fluid, especially through a pipeline, equal to one cubic foot per second.

     If the flow is between 70,000 cusecs - 75,000 cusecs (expected during the first ten days of March and the second ten days of May), Bangladesh receives 35,000 cusecs, and India the rest.
