     To have a strong case one would need to leverage (a) a genuine consciencious status -- that would require demonstrating an absolute refusal to commit violence on consciencious grounds period -- wanting to decide when and where one is willing to kill another doesn't constitute consciencious objection (b) the fact that the war in Iraq is illegal -- our courts seem to understandably not to want to go there, but ultimately they may have to make rulings on that issue (c) human rights abuses committed by the US in Iraq..
