Etymology
[edit]Inherited from Sauraseni Prakrit 𑀯𑀺𑀯𑀸𑀳 (vivāha), from Sanskrit विवाह (vivāhá).[1][2] Cognate with Hindustani بياه / ब्याह (byāh), Marwari ब्याव (byāv).
