- Morales Peláez raised his concerns about the “deplorable situation that the river that runs through the municipality of Jiguaní presents in relation to the dumping of residual sewage, rubble and garbage, which together with the drought and the indiscriminate use of the river for the irrigation of agriculture as well as social indiscipline could lead to its disappearance”.
