I see that the existing Middle Persian lemmas, as well as Middle Persian red links, use U+02BF MODIFIER LETTER LEFT HALF RING, U+02BE MODIFIER LETTER RIGHT HALF RING, and U+0027 APOSTROPHE in their names. Unless the third signifies something ambiguous it looks like some big moving has to take place and the recto page has to get a clear rule about it, @Victar.
