I'm very tempted to oppose this, for the same reason I didn't nominate you last month (coincidently, the same reason I didn't nominate the month before last month.) That is, get back to work on that XXX case! The internet needs a dark corner where all that crap can be swept to. Actually, we are at what might be characterized as a lull in the case... everything is fully briefed and we are waiting for a ruling which may come down in a few weeks or in several months.
