TheDaveRoss, redux

Once upon a time, Dave Ross was nominated and supported for adminship: [1]. Then he went on a long and distant journey, far from the world of computers and Internet, and the community nearly forgot his existence. He is back, and enthusiastic as ever. He has been driving me nuts in IRC with requests to remove some of the junk he spots in RecentChanges.
