  1. Support bd2412 T 22:01, 9 July 2007 (UTC) I believe such bots are working out well for other languages (Spanish and Italian, I think). French is a natural, with its thousands of regularly conjugated verbs with dozens of forms. Cheers! bd2412 T 22:01, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  1. AbstainRuakhTALK 22:58, 9 July 2007 (UTC) I don't feel comfortable with an untested bot having the bot flag. I think the bot should have a trial run first, so we can be sure it will behave properly. —RuakhTALK 22:58, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I'm trying to give it a trial run! I'm having difficulty making it work. It seems to me Keenesbot's account needs to be registered as a bot before it can start doing bot jobs (but maybe it's just me being naive) --Keene 18:06, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It must not have the bot flag during testing phase. Once it has the bot flag, the edits it makes are difficult to notice. --Connel MacKenzie 23:26, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
So, how can we get it to do a trial run without the bot flag? Does anybody know how to turn that parameter off, or has this been solved already? — Beobach972 20:32, 11 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Abstain H. (talk) 09:05, 12 July 2007 (UTC) I would support since I know Keene has good intentions, but indeed a trial run is needed.[reply]
