Roots
[edit]- Word roots are not etymologies and shouldn't be given under the Etymology section. For Assyrian Neo-Aramaic roots we use the
{{aii-root}}
template, added right under the ==Assyrian Neo-Aramaic== header. See for instance ܚܲܕܬܵܐ (ḥadtā). - If there are words with different roots in one single page, the
{{aii-root}}
template goes under the corresponding Etymology header (Etymology 1, Etymology 2, etc).
