Creating Tai Dam entries

Entry name

Titles of Tai Dam entries should be in at least the Tai Viet writing system.

The name of the entry is that of the word or phrase that you are defining.

See Appendix:Unicode/Tai Viet for the non-Latin letters.

The basics

1. Language header - The start of any Tai Dam entry needs to start off with a header that explains that the entry is a Tai Dam entry. The header should look like this: ==Tai Dam==
2. Part of speech header - After the language header, add a space and then add the part of speech header, which tells what part of speech the entry is describing. The header should look like this: ===<insert part of speech here>===
3. 'The headword line - The headword line is the line directly underneath the part of speech header. In the headword line, depending upon which part of speech the entry is using should be a template that looks like this: {{head|blt|noun|tr=<insert transliteration here>}}.
4. Definition or translation - Two lines below the headword line is where the definition or English translation of the Tai Dam word you are writing an entry for goes. Most entries will follow the translation scheme of entries, however, not all of them will. This is where you write what the Tai Dam word means in English.
5. Labels:Insert {{lb|blt|<insert label here>}}to add label to a definition. {{tlb|blt|<insert label here>}} for term label
