Volvo n (genitive Volvos)

  1. (automobiles) Volvo
    • 1998, “Volvo 142”‎[1]performed by Billy Opel:
I went down to Stockholm and then I saw [got to see] shiny Porsches and BMW. But I have a ride that's better still. It's a Volvo 142. And the car [it – redundant] goes like hell. I blow past every BMW. The tires [they – redundant] spin when I step on the gas in my Volvo 142. The sun [it – redundant] is shining in the blue sky as I drive away from the village [sic]. I [implied from present tense] drive on Highway 70, blow past a Renault with my blue 142. Drive [infinitive] so far south [all the way] until my engine gives out [is finished]. Set [infinitive] up a tent and there we will [shall] live, me and my Volvo 142.
