Talk pages are for talk

[edit]

Please don't put messages on user pages- that's what the talk pages are for. Chuck Entz (talk) 03:51, 29 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

CRISPR RNA

[edit]

No such page on Wikipedia (or crRNA either). SemperBlotto (talk) 11:19, 10 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

There should be such wikipedia page. This concept is related to a relatively new area (CRISPR gene editing), and wikipedia didn't catch up yet. Yurivict (talk) 11:26, 10 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
Creating links to non-existent WP articles isn't a good idea, since WP won't be notified about these links (it won't tell them to create articles), and Wikt readers will just get a missing-page error. Equinox 11:40, 10 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Wiktionary:Requests for deletion/Others

[edit]

Please do not add things in the mainspace to RFDO. RFDO is for things like templates, appendix namespace pages, "Wiktionary:" namespace pages, and things like that. Pages like swap box and Tauberian theorem should go into Wiktionary:Requests for deletion/English, since they're English terms and entries in the mainspace. PseudoSkull (talk) 22:09, 3 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Or, if they're nominated for deletion because they're not in use as English, they should go to Wiktionary:Requests for verification/English. Chuck Entz (talk) 22:57, 3 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Rfd redirected there. Yurivict (talk) 03:26, 4 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
