To keep conversations on talk pages together and clearly structured, I prefer to answer issues raised here here.

Also, if I add something on your talk page then I'd prefer you to put your comments there rather than here. I will return to read them.

Hey, I have never seen your work until you added the pronunciation request at Chingtunghsia (as regards that page, I have no idea if there would be a different pronunciation from the main entry; the word is relatively rare). But anyway, I read your bio info, and I wanted to see what you think of Category:English terms derived from Mandarin's three categories that speak to Hanyu Pinyin (Pinyin), Wade-Giles, and Tongyong Pinyin. I don't believe there's anything quite like this set up for any other language producing loan words in English. It's relatively new; I basically like the way it's done, but I'm sure it could be improved. There have been loads of discussions about this set up; I'd like to get an 'outside opinion' on what's going on with it. Sorry if I've missed your comments elsewhere. Thanks for any help. --Geographyinitiative (talk) 13:21, 6 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hmm, I'm not sure I have much to say. I feel these categories provide useful info, but am not sure about making improvements to it. Acolyte of Ice (talk) 13:28, 6 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello why did you decide to delete the additional information regarding “interhost”? 212.143.128.56 01:44, 28 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Because I feel like it doesn't meet the CFI for company names. It might merit inclusion in Wikipedia but not in Wiktionary I think TBH. User: The Ice Mage talk to meh 17:49, 28 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
