@माधवपंडित The Indo-Iranian Substratum by Lubotsky may be useful if you haven't already seen it. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 01:46, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

@AryamanA: I have; it's great but he seems a bit too keen on giving a non IE etymology for IIR words in that paper; he's claimed a foreign origin for many known inherited words (such as *páĉšma).
I'm also trying to list out words like *ran- (delight; battle) without an obvious substrate origin. -- माधवपंडित (talk) 01:51, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
@माधवपंडित: Yes, he makes some expansive claims. I think though most of them are not implausible, even if they are unlikely. You might also like Substrate Languages in Old Indo-Aryan by Witzel, even though it's focused on Munda and Dravidian substrate in Indo-Aryan mostly. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करेंयोगदान) 02:34, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
@AryamanA: Wow, interesting paper, thanks! -- माधवपंडित (talk) 03:48, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
