Proto-Germanic entries

Hi Henry, thanks for the new entries! Just a few requests:

• please include sources on the entries you create, making use of CAT:Proto-Germanic reference templates;
• be mindful of the possibility of lower-level constructions, such as words being formed in Old Norse rather than Proto-Germanic, ex. RC:Proto-Germanic/walwōniz spahō;
• and lastly, definitions should be short and concise, as we're a dictionary, not an encyclopedia.
