- it was a neutral explanation of the actual usage of the term. SWERF is an oximoron - a catchphrase to shut down any critical discussion when it comes to the ethics of buying consent. would it have been better if i wrote an usage note instead of clarifying this in the actual definition? - Probably! An explanatory usage note like "this is mostly used by anti-abortionists" is okay. A judgemental usage note like "this word is wrong because I believe XYZ" is not appropriate. I do understand the frustration though. Equinox ◑ 00:42, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
