@Benwing2: You're right in including Ukrainised versions of Russian surnames, like Миха́йлів, Петрі́в, Рома́нів, Андрі́їв - Russian Андре́ев (Andréjev), Ukrainian transliteration Андре́єв (Andréjev) are all considered (etymologically) Russian surnames but they may include Ukrainian vowel alternations, which are used interchangeable with how they would be transliterated in Ukrainian and written in official documents in the ex-USSR. (Now, I guess, you can get anything)

Note also, that Іва́нів (Ivániv) (stressed on а́) is a possessive adjective (Ivan's), unlike surnames Івано́в (Ivanóv), Івані́в (Ivanív). Іва́нов (Ivánov) as a surname, I think would be rare or Bulgarian. I don't think it would be absorbed as Іва́нів (Ivániv) as a surname but there is a common place name with this stress.
