Add topicDid you mean to add an English section to this word? As the French definition isn't really a separate one; it should be covered by the second definition. Mglovesfun (talk) 10:52, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

No, I am not a spammer. Let me give you a tip, if you want to be a great editor, be nice to people. Back ache 21:32, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- Being nice to people has nothing to do with editing. We write a dictionary which requires a lot of structure. Wiktionary's not a social gathering. — [Ric Laurent] — 21:50, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- Your right, being nice when you don't feel like it is a social skill but is crucial when it comes to managing people especially volunteers
Just so you know
[edit]We have a very limited number of users and some of us prefer to kill a poorly formatted entry than try to clean up after the creator. We also have rigid criteria for inclusion which you can learn here. — [Ric Laurent] — 21:48, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- I think you have defined the problem and one of causes, you have limited numbers of users and those that there are prefer to kill an artical rather than clean it, if you want to encourage more members, this place has to be encouraging rather than one that is quick to cull something that is imperfect. We don't merge alternative forms or spellings, but rather keep them around pointing to the main spelling/form, as the entry in question is already doing. — surjection ⟨??⟩ 14:45, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
