הִכְחִיל (hikhkhíl) (hif'il construction), aka blueify:

  1. to turn or colour something blue.
  2. In the context of wikipedia, wikitionary, and related projects, it is to turn a red link into a blue link by creating a new article with that name, or redirecting to an existing article that relates.
  3. In the context of tendentious talk page debates on aforementioned projects, it is issue sophistic refutations and Wikt:Make the Sky Blue, because contrary to some opinions, it often is not.
  4. In the context of any governing authority, anywhere, it is to Wikt:Ignore rules that stop you from improving the project or situation, especially when confronted by dyslogic, deliberate ignorance, and excessive regulation by governing so-called authorities, or when all else fails, to take a walk.
