Fair use rationale
[edit]I have a good faith belief that fair use applies to this image, because:
- It is a low-resolution (25x28px and greyscale) version of a single emoticon.
- Its reproduction here will not significantly impact the copyright holder's ability to profit from it, since it is only one copy, whereas Twitch hosts millions of copies.
- It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit.
- Its use in Kappa will significantly enhance that entry by illustrating the subject term, because it is the symbol being defined.
