The Project Gutenberg Frequency bot.

Owner: User:Connel MacKenzie

Contributions: Special:Contributions/GutenBot http://tools.wikimedia.de/~kate/cgi-bin/count_edits?user=GutenBot&dbname=enwiktionary

Purpose: Fill in English language word frequency, as calculated from Connel MacKenzie's analysis of his complete download of all of Project Gutenberg.

Specifics: each English language word that exists in the English Wiktionary will have a line added after "==English==" to indicate the word's frequency rate (per billion), rank, and a couple other words from before and after it, in the list.

  • Will begin next run soon, hopefully. Recent comments indicate that it is essential I rebuild the Frequency lists to correspond to the individual entries. --Connel MacKenzie T C 18:55, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
