User:ExcarnateSojourner/Rhyme conventions
In the process of adding rhymes to short English terms, I have stumbled across a few conventions in how English rhymes are constructed that, as far as I know, are not documented anywhere (except in talk page messages I have written). I want to keep track of the ones I am aware of here to aid my own memory, and also to more precisely consider whether constructing rhymes using full pronunciations could be effectively performed by a bot. If you know of more conventions or notice that a listed convention is just how the IPA works (rather than being specific to Wiktionary), please amend the list.
These conventions are all in addition to the more foundational principals at Rhymes:English.
