52-card French deck
[edit]This common deck is used for poker, bridge, and many other common Western card games. It is sometimes supplemented with one or more additional unsuited cards, commonly called joker.
The names of the cards are of the form "[rank] of [suit]". The most common names are in the tables below. Synonyms for the rank and suit names can be substituted.
