Named in reference to the Magi, as the islands were discovered around the time of Epiphany.

Three Kings Islands

  1. A group of 13 uninhabited islands about 55 kilometres (34 mi) northwest of Cape Reinga/Te Rerenga Wairua, New Zealand, where the South Pacific Ocean and Tasman Sea converge. The largest is Great Island.
