I think that stopped working when Hippietrail's toolserver account expired, and he hasn't renewed it yet. I think the script was supposed to make a few links appear under each language header and/or in the sidebar (or maybe under the top header?), or something like that.

Now that Translingual is "my" language I can see some value in it. It is hard to see the value for English or other "large" languages.
