[edit]The list of outhouse synonyms is long enough it may warrant its own separate entry at Wikisaurus:outhouse or privy,[1] but, if that's created, do remember to go through and fix the synonym links at the individual entries.
- ^ I'm personally against the latter since—while it's common to both US and UK English—it also ambiguously refers to a lavatory in both.
