No compromise with moral evil
[edit]When linked to with zh-wp, these nine separate but related Chinese dialect-languages that have Wikipedias (plus English) should be listed according to their order as seen on the bottom left-hand side of every page of Wikipedia. We need no longer pretend that ordering the dialects according to a subjectively appropriate English language name is the correct way to order these langauges. My edit [1] will be resorted in due time when the scales have fallen from your eyes. These nine languages are morally equal as languages. The PRC constitution's '国家推广全国通用的普通话' is the standard for CCP-controlled Baidu Baike, not for Wiktionary. --Geographyinitiative (talk) 12:46, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
- in zh-pron they are sorted by our ad-hoc abbreviations (with mandarin first: c, h, md, mn...), and having zh-wp follow this provides consistency. on wikimedia, they are sorted by name (winaray, 吴语, yoruba). go implement great justice somewhere else. —Suzukaze-c◇◇ 14:21, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
