Yangi Imlo removal

So, I was thinking about possibly removing the Yangi Imlo perimeter. My reasoning boils down to:
1. There is little to no documented use of Yangi Imlo within present day Uzbek-speaking communities.
2. As an effect of point one, the only English source for Yangi Imlo is on Wikipedia.
3. There are only a few pages that have a Yangi Imlo translit. It would be easy to remove them if any template errors occur.
