You mean this edit? The code should be

{{subst:ko new||[[loanword]] {{gloss|word taken from another language}}|l=y|ph=외:래어|h=外來語|he=[[loanword]]}}

. You seem to have used multiple brackets and unspecified |he= parameter (which makes the definition of hanja identical to the word definition). Wyang (talk) 00:10, 13 February 2014 (UTC)

Yes, this was written before Lua, when interpreting each Hangeul syllable was not possible. It relies on User:Wyang/ko-u and User:Wyang/ko-u/2 (which is why it is sooooo slow). Now that Lua does it millions of times easier, it needs to be rewritten sometime... Wyang (talk) 00:57, 13 February 2014 (UTC)

Hanja entry request

There is {{ko new/hj}}. eg.

{{subst:ko new/hj|열역학|[[thermodynamics]]}}

but a lot of the words are shared with Japanese or Chinese, and {{ja-new}} and {{cmn-new}} already allow co-creation of Korean. Wyang (talk) 05:46, 15 April 2014 (UTC)

Could you please add a couple of things to the template?

For new verbs and adjectives: (even without the option "irreg=y" is fine, I will add to the documentation that it should be changed manually)
