This template is for masculine nouns which decline under the first declension with long terminal alpha. It takes three parameters:
- {{{1}}}: The stem with acute on the ultimate syllable.
- {{{2}}}: The stem with acute on ultimate if short, circumflex on long ultimate.
- {{{3}}}: The stem with no accent.
