So far no other example is found, it is assumed, that this paradigm only applies to the Faroese masculine noun fjørður (fjord, firth). The variable in the paradigm is for additions, e.g. in placenames like Fuglafjørður. -- Arne List 09:39, 12 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
