Tanakh vs. Tanach: Wiktionary About:Hebrew Romanization Standard

Would it cause a lot of technical issues to move this to Template:RQ:Tanakh (with a redirect here)?

The standard romanization of kaf/kaf sofit according to Wiktionary:About_Hebrew#Romanizations is kh, not ch.
