@Sgconlaw. There are lots of uses of this template which result in error because volume=1 is used instead of volume=I. It seems dumb to change all of those to boring Roman numerals, when a quick fiddle of the template would be much more convenient. --Java Beauty (talk) 10:14, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Java Beauty: I can look into this, but if those errors are created by you just please use Roman numerals. The instructions are clear. — SGconlaw (talk) 10:37, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
Who reads template instructions, anyway? Nah, I fixed it instead. My Template-editing skills have increased to level 1.4 --Java Beauty (talk) 21:25, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Java Beauty: that’s incomplete, unfortunately. The template was set up to use one number system; if you now want it to recognize two, then we have to program in a way to recognize which system is being used and to deal with the cases separately. It can be done but it’s just slightly more troublesome. (I don’t have time to look at it until later.) The easier way is just to read and follow the instructions. — SGconlaw (talk) 06:33, 15 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
