Fixing

@Bhagadatta, Kutchkutch, Inqilābī: This template seriously needs to be fixed. {{R:sa:Apte|मुष्टि}} gives a link to [1] (which doesn't link to the entry itself) and, {{R:sa:Apte|व्यजन}} links to [2] (again, there actually is an entry for व्यजन).
