@This, that and the other Hello. I see I’ve forgotten to link to the relevant Wikipedia page. Norvegia is a Norwegian phonetic alphabet that was used a lot in Norwegian literature before IPA. If there was any definite guide for how to transliterate it (especially the vowels) to IPA, this template would be redundant, but it’s sadly quite unclear.
