Fill out the form below.

1. Replace third level heading title.
2. Remember to include a link to the discussion where vote was proposed, e.g. [[WT:BP#English POS]].
3. Thank people for taking the time to vote.
4. Note that vote will have "premature" tag for the first week to hammer out wording.
   • Encourage discussion - use other people extensively; encourage minor and major rewordings now, rather than after the vote has started.
   • Simplify wording wherever possible to reduce spurious accusations.
   • For policy changes, indicate exactly which section of which policy page is to be amended.
   • For policy changes, indicate the exact wording you would like to see.
5. If warranted, modify the vote duration from one month to two months (i.e. if you do not think you have 100% support, use two months.) Note that start/end dates may be extended forward as much as you please, prior to the moment the vote starts.
6. Announce the premature vote creation on WT:BP.
7. Set yourself a reminder to announce the official vote start in a week, on WT:BP.
