For the definition lines of the inflected forms of adjectives. There are three unnumbered parameters, both required:

The first one is the prefix that has been added to the adjective (like wa or m)
The second one is the lemma form of the adjective (like refu)
The third one is for special behaviour. If supplied with adv for a Vi class adjective, it will add text about the word's adverbial function and categorise it as an adverb. If supplied with only for an M class adjective (either M-wa or M-mi), it will not supply a line for the U class as well, which is default behaviour. If supplied with sg or pl, it will designate the form as singular or plural only, respectively.
The fourth one is to be supplied with no- to suppress the hyphen placed before the link to the lemma form.

There is also an optional named parameter, dot, to optionally replace or remove the period at the end.
