Used for weak verbs ending in -e. The parameters are:

• |1=: The initial letters
• |2=: The final vowel
• |3=: The final consonant(s)
• |4=: (Optional) Used if the stem ends in a stop consonant, where this consonant is doubled before vowels.

The third and fourth parameters are essential to automate long-short vowel notation where applicable (e.g. leze > leest)
