This template works like {{pl-decl-noun}}, except it allows one to define an arbitrary number of columns with arbitrary headings. It is useful in some rare cases, e.g. niektórzy, a pronoun that inflects for gender but does not have a singular form.

Parameters:

|heads= - a comma separated list of column headings
positional parameters - if there are N columns, then the first N columns specify the nominative, the second N the genitive, and so on.
